Where do we begin?
After your initial consultation we will begin to put the ideas we’ve created to paper. By the time we begin the landscape design phase you will have let us know what preferences you have based on our consultation. Like the look of Japanese Maple Trees? This is where we begin to put it on paper. Loved our idea for a fire pit with large seating area? Now we put it into the plans.
Drawings provided of landscape design
After we have finished the design phase we will know the type of landscaping you desire. It will be clear to us exactly what types of products we will be using and where they will be placed. We also provide the service of having one of our in-house engineers to draw your plans for you in full color using the latest landscape design software. There is a $300 fee for this service per drawing. However, if the homeowner decides on a landscape package provided by Green Lawn Specialists the diagram is included for free (ask your design specialist for more details).
What else is involved in the design process?
After we have put your landscape design to paper we issue a contract for the homeowner to sign. After the homeowner has signed the contract we will confirm all measurements to ensure complete accuracy of the design. We will then begin the process of placing materials on hold for your job so there is no lag time once the project is ready to begin. We will then schedule a start date for your job. That’s it! Simple and easy. We start and finish jobs in the allotted time. We don’t make excuses, we provide results.
